By accessing and using MetroTec's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement appropriate security measures. Clients retain ownership of their data, and we will not access or use client data except as necessary to provide services.
All intellectual property rights in our services, documentation, and methodologies remain with MetroTec. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use our services during the term of agreement.
